Check in time is between 3pm and 5pm.Sign the waiver provided in your dome. You can read it before you arrive here in the FAQs & Rules section.Text host at 605-831-9026 no less than two hours before expected check-in time, or to request a later check-in time. This allows time for host to start your AC, or update you with important information, or verify your dome's readiness.Host will text you a property map to help you locate your dome and parking spot (see map below). Each dome AND its associated bathroom have a sign naming it. Please do not enter any dome/ bathroom that is not yours. Close curtains and window flaps whenever you leave the dome for the day.Key and mini flashlight hang just inside the door.

Check out time is no later than 10am. Pull bed sheets, liner, pillow cases, and soiled bathroom linens and put in “wash me” bag. Dispose dome and bathroom garbage into large garbage bin beside the bathhouse. Close curtains and ensure no pillows or bedding are on the floor. Locate remote controls for heater and AC, and turn off appliances. Make sure all propane valves are turned ‘closed’. Return key and flashlight to hanging positions.
