I acknowledge that my stay at Rushmore Skies Retreat, and my participation in any activities on the property, is voluntary, and involves certain inherent risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, which may be related toNaturally occurring environmental hazards, i.e. wildlife, terrain, weather, etc.;Use of indoor or outdoor amenities;Wild and domestic animals on or near the Property;Acts or omissions of other guests, visitors, or owners.In consideration for being allowed to enter, occupy, stay at, use, or participate in activities associated with Rushmore Skies Retreat LLC, I agree to follow verbal, posted, and online rules or instructions, to respect other guests and neighboring properties, to remain in guest-approved areas, and to abstain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.Further, I hereby release, waive, indemnify, hold harmless, and discharge Rushmore Skies Retreat LLC, its owners, volunteers, assigns, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my stay, use of the Property, participation in activities, or animal interactions.
